Responsible for management of all portions of the day-to-day manual remediation work performed by our Potsdam and Brampton DAS team and all subcontractors. Responsible for ensuring customer client Service Level Agreements and document quality requirements are met.

I have been working in accessibility for 17 years and have experience in producing braille, large print, audio, and accessible pdfs.  Throughout the years I have worked with many different companies to set up accessible documents for their customers. I began my career in manual transcription and over the years have gained experience in operations management, relationship management, audits, reporting and reconciliation.
