The Manager, Operational Quality Assurance & Production Support is responsible for ensuring the reliability, quality, and stability of applications, systems, and production workflows within the Document Accessibility Services (DAS) environment. This role leads both the Quality Assurance Analyst and Production Support Analyst teams to ensure all applications are thoroughly tested, validated, and stable in production. The manager drives process consistency, defect prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact performance, customer satisfaction, and SLA compliance.
